Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.

Support and participate in APM activities, and implement improvement actions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Inspect equipment conditions, including fastening components, lubrication systems, and mechanical parts; identify abnormalities and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures, and support actions to prevent recurrence.

Follow all safety requirements, maintenance procedures, and company regulations during maintenance activities.

Conduct regular equipment inspections, identify potential issues at an early stage, and take timely actions to avoid equipment breakdowns.

Collect and record maintenance data using WCM/APM tools to support equipment reliability improvement.

Carry out other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.

Preferred Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.

Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Good understanding of mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Basic English communication and ability to read technical documents.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.
