Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing,

Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), project management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and KPIs.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 (+5 % Shift Differential) annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
