• Execute leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for assigned properties.
• Actively identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for office, retail, and residential units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, especially multinational corporations and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver leasing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
• Lead negotiations with tenants to secure lease agreements and ensure timely deal closure.
• Manage leasing pipeline and follow through all stages of the deal lifecycle to ensure conversion efficiency.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Legal, Finance, and other departments to complete leasing processes and handovers.
• Maintain accurate records in leasing database, CRM systems, and related documentation.
• Report leasing performance, forecasts, and KPIs to management on a regular basis.
• Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and escalations to ensure high service quality and retention.
• Support leasing operations including property tours, client meetings, and leasing events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Leasing Manager.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing, particularly in office, shophouse, commercial, or residential properties; candidates with experience at reputable, large-scale real estate developers are preferred.
• Proven experience in dealing with multinational tenants and corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships at corporate level
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Good team supervision and coordination skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
