• Job Overview
• Service and Maintenance Leader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring efficient equipment operation, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing maintenance processes.
• This role involves coordinating service activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the project, sales, and R&D departments on service and improvement-related initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and supervise the service and maintenance team of 4-5 members.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.

- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Optimize maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.

- Customer Support & Training

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Train customers in proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and recommend effective solutions.

- Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement best practices for maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
• 2+ years of experience in Service and Maintenance, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and automation systems.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and PLC-related issues (especially Siemens).
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and perform root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment commissioning.
