Peterson-EcO2 is a specialist provider of clean, chemical-free post-harvest solutions for agricultural commodities, operating across Asia and Africa markets. Our core technologies:

• Controlled Atmosphere (CA) - oxygen is reduced to ≤1 % to eliminate insects and preserve product quality with zero fumigant chemicals.
• Heat Treatment (Continuous) - precision heat applied along a continuous conveyor belt system for rapid, uniform disinfestation at full commercial scale.

JOB PURPOSETo execute and manage projects related to industrial drying, insect treatment, and automation systems for food and agricultural industries, from planning and implementation through commissioning and handover, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Project Planning

• Conduct site surveys and collect technical requirements from clients
• Define project scope, develop execution plans (timeline, manpower, materials)
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical solutions and proposals
• Prepare project technical documentation
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans

B. Execution & Commissioning

• Supervise system installation (mechanical, electrical, and automation if applicable)
• Perform wiring, inspection, and pre-commissioning checks
• Execute commissioning, testing, and system optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site/remote

C. Project Coordination & Documentation

• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Maintain and control project documentation (drawings, checklists, reports)
• Track project costs, materials, and resource utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments: Sales, Procurement, Service
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle

D. Handover & After-Sales Support

• Conduct FAT/SAT and final project acceptance (if applicable)
• Provide operation training to clients
• Prepare handover documentation (manuals, reports, as-built drawings)
• Support maintenance and post-project troubleshooting

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in engineering projects and commissioning
• Experience with Automation systems installation

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, actuators, motors, and industrial control systems
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in on-site environments
• English communication skills
• Ability to work independently at project sites (Frequent travel to customer sites for project execution, installation, and commissioning activities with both domestic and international customers)
