Translate high-level directions and business insights into business proposals & deployment plans with clear goals, timeline, resources and risk management.

Develop initiatives from concepts & models into business plans, using appropriate frameworks (eg. supply & demand, user conversion funnel etc.)

Deliver on-time in-full key demand growth initiatives, including strategic projects that are go-to-market or market pioneers. Manage project P&L to ensure sustainable growth & always have plans for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout planning & deployment stages to ensure projects’ deliverables. Develop, implement and manage processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.

Strong project management skills. Report on projects’ key performance indicators to stakeholders and management team.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles. Experience managing complex projects and managing P&L is a plus.

Solid computer skills is a must. Comfortable comprehending complex data sets and understanding the complex dynamics of business metrics.

Excellent communication skills including written and verbal, in different contexts and to various stakeholders.

Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills. Able to make independent decisions within scope and have a can-do attitude.

Have a curious & open mind. Work with dedication and capable of working with different products and projects. Strong stakeholder management & project management skills.
