As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications and seamless system integrations. You will work directly with international stakeholders to build scalable cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính:

• Fullstack Development / Phát triển Fullstack: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C# / .NET / .NET Core and React / TypeScript (Thực hiện thiết kế, xây dựng và bảo trì mã nguồn tối ưu, có thể tái sử dụng bằng C# / .NET / .NET Core và React / TypeScript).
• API & Distributed Systems / API & Hệ thống phân tán: Develop and optimize robust REST APIs, background worker services, queues, and distributed systems architecture (Phát triển và tối ưu hóa các REST API, dịch vụ xử lý ngầm, queue và kiến trúc hệ thống phân tán).
• Database & Data Integration / Cơ sở dữ liệu & Tích hợp dữ liệu: Design and manage SQL Server / T-SQL databases, handling ETL processes and large dataset integrations (Thiết kế và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu SQL Server / T-SQL, xử lý các quy trình ETL và tích hợp tập dữ liệu lớn).
• Cloud Infrastructure / Hạ tầng Đám mây: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud services on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Blob Storage (Triển khai, quản lý và tối ưu hóa các dịch vụ cloud trên Microsoft Azure).
• Software Architecture / Kiến trúc Phần mềm: Implement enterprise application architecture following Clean Architecture and SOLID principles (Áp dụng kiến trúc ứng dụng doanh nghiệp chuẩn Clean Architecture và các nguyên tắc SOLID).
• Technical Ownership / Làm chủ Kỹ thuật: Actively participate in technical architecture discussions and propose clear, effective engineering solutions (Chủ động tham gia thảo luận kiến trúc kỹ thuật và đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật hiệu quả).

English Communication & Collaboration / Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh & Phối hợp:

• Strong spoken English is required / Yêu cầu khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, đặc biệt là kỹ năng nói.
• The developer must be comfortable / Ứng viên cần có khả năng:
• Participating actively in meetings in English (Chủ động tham gia các cuộc họp bằng tiếng Anh).
• Discussing technical designs and architecture (Trao đổi về thiết kế kỹ thuật và kiến trúc hệ thống).
• Explaining problems and proposed solutions clearly (Giải thích rõ ràng các vấn đề kỹ thuật và giải pháp đề xuất).
• Asking questions and clarifying requirements (Chủ động đặt câu hỏi và làm rõ yêu cầu).
• Communicating directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders (Giao tiếp trực tiếp với Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer và các bên liên quan phía doanh nghiệp).
• Providing clear status updates and communicating technical risks or blockers (Cập nhật rõ ràng tiến độ công việc và trao đổi kịp thời về các rủi ro kỹ thuật hoặc vấn đề đang cản trở tiến độ).

Must-have Requirements / Yêu cầu bắt buộc:

• Strong C# / .NET / .NET Core experience (Kinh nghiệm tốt với C# / .NET / .NET Core)
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience (Kinh nghiệm tốt với SQL Server và T-SQL)
• REST API development (Phát triển REST API)
• React / TypeScript experience - Experience with Azure: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage / Blob Storage
• Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, worker services, and distributed systems (Hệ thống phân tán, xử lý bất đồng bộ, queue)
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and enterprise application design
• Experience with ETL, data integration, and large datasets
• English Communication: Strong spoken English is required (Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, chủ động tham gia meeting, làm việc trực tiếp với PO/BA/Stakeholders nước ngoài).
