Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end using a PMO/PMP approach — from planning through execution to hand-over — ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.

Evaluate site-selection criteria for Hubs (New/ Split/ Relocation/ Expansion...); analyze, estimate, and optimize operating costs (OPEX) across site options.

Closely track project implementation progress, mapping against the company's overall network expansion plan.

Ensure renovation, repair, maintenance, and installation packages (CCTV, MEP, etc.) at each facility are delivered on quality and on schedule.

Define and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for each facility set-up, expansion, or renovation project.

Bachelor's degree or above — Business, Supply Chain or Construction/Civil Engineering preferred.

3+ years of experience in property/leasing management, facility planning, or project management; large-scale company experience is a plus.

Strong project management mindset — able to independently manage scope, timeline, and cost.

Good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to read and understand technical documents and industry terminology; verbal communication in English is a plus.

Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Apps Script, or AI tools is a plus (not required).

Fast learner, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Willing and able to travel across the country for site visits and new facility set-ups
