• Collaborate daily with designers, engineers, and co-founders to bring our product roadmap to life.
• Conduct user research, build prototypes, and deliver polished, production-ready designs.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution, guiding features from concept through to launch.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering growth within the design team.
• Drive the design process with confidence while embracing constructive feedback and iteration.

This is a senior role, where you’ll not only create but also shape the future of our design culture.

• 4+ years of design experience, shipping production applications for real-world users.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, PMs).
• Strong command of the end-to-end design process: research, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
• Experience building and maintaining a scalable design system.
• A portfolio showcasing complex UX solutions, strong visual design, and thoughtful information architecture.
• Exceptional visual and typographic sensibility.
• Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design decisions.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for pixel perfection, usability, and discoverability.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• A positive, collaborative mindset with a sense of humor — and a passion for building accessible products that make wellness more widely available worldwide.
