Key responsibilities:

• 70% - KOL/KOC Hunting & Team Coordination
• Coordinate a small team of 2–3 members, overseeing KOL/KOC hunting, onboarding, task allocation, and execution follow-up.
• Hunt and onboard new KOLs/KOCs for TikTok Affiliate campaigns, continuously expanding the creator pool and identifying high-potential creators.
• Develop team plans, including creator targeting, campaign allocation, activation strategies, and timelines aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate and manage campaign operations, ensuring smooth execution, creator activation, and timely delivery of campaign requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs, supporting creator growth and long-term collaboration.
• 20% - Creator Performance & GMV
• Monitor creator performance and GMV, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve creator productivity and revenue.
• Support KOL/KOC growth and optimize creator performance across campaigns.
• 10% - Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with AM, Creator, and Operations teams to align campaign requirements, creator needs, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and prepare reports for the Team Lead/Direct Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in creator partnerships, KOL/KOC management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields. TikTok Shop/TikTok Affiliate experience is a plus.
• Experience in creator hunting, onboarding, campaign execution, and creator coordination.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.

Knowledge:

• Good understanding of Creator Partnerships, creator activation, and campaign operations.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, with existing networks among KOLs/KOCs, MCNs, TAPs, or related partners being a plus.
• Strong ability to identify, approach, negotiate, and build relationships with potential creators.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor creator performance, GMV, and campaign results, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in both written and verbal communication.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with AM, Creator, and Operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
