• In
• Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a
• Senior Creative Designer. With
• 4+ years of experience in digital design and creative production, this role’s mission is to conceptualize and develop high-quality digital creative solutions that combine visual design, storytelling, brand consistency, and user-centered thinking, while contributing creative ideas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the development of junior designers.
• Responsabilidades
• Develop sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to effectively visualize and communicate creative concepts.
• Design and adapt assets for websites, emails, banners, and other digital formats, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Execute creative production tasks such as image retouching, illustration, infographics, presentations, GIF animations, asset adaptations, copy and design updates, and technical production.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to create intuitive and user-centered solutions.
• Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with both brand identity and the strategic objectives of each project.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to different stakeholders, clearly communicating and supporting design decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to their professional development.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery across assigned projects.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, techniques, tools, and technologies, continuously strengthening creative capabilities.
• Conceptualize and develop high-quality digital design and creative production assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, creative strategy, and project requirements.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-offs, contributing ideas and visual solutions.
• Cualificaciones
• 4+ years of experience in digital design, visual design, or creative production.
• Advanced English proficiency, B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in
• Visual Design, Web Design, and Creative Production, with the versatility to work across different visual styles, formats, and media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional experience across a broad range of digital design projects.
• Excellent visual judgment and a strong command of typography, color, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage work independently.
• Experience presenting and supporting creative proposals to different stakeholders.
• Previous experience or exposure to
• Art Direction is desirable.
• Knowledge of illustration and UX is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of
• Motion Graphics is highly valued.
• Knowledge of
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in creative tools such as
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Sketch, InVision, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
