Team Coordination

Act as the main contact point and key coordinator for the PR & Comms team. Oversee, guide, and ensure the quality of all B2B/B2C content and campaigns produced by the team.

Event Management (Core Focus)

• Plan, budget, and execute domestic and international events.
• Take the lead on International Trade Shows and Exhibitions, managing everything from concepts and timelines to vendors and organizers.

Public Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with media and press agencies. Take charge of crisis management and mitigate communication risks.

Content & Customer Relations

Oversee the content strategy across owned channels (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, ...). Monitor customer inquiries via digital platforms and route them to the Sales team effectively.

Working time

Monday - Friday (8h/day)

Experience

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing.

Core Strengths

Highly proficient in PR and Event Management, with a proven track record of handling international events/trade shows.

Language

Good at English (fluent in communication, presentation, and working with international partners).

Advantage (Plus)

Background in the FMCG or Agriculture (Agri) industries is a strong plus.

Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Natural ability to guide a team and stay updated with creative media trends.
