Support and perform

EHS sampling and field activities, including environmental field monitoring and marine-related services, under the direction of the Technical Supervisor/Manager.

Monitor daily operational performance and address issues related to manpower planning and sampling quality.

Support the execution of EHS projects and coordinate manpower and resources according to project schedules.

Follow up with laboratories to ensure testing results are delivered on time.

Prepare draft technical reports and ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery.

Maintain and update relevant

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Communicate with clients regarding technical and operational matters and coordinate solutions for service-related issues.

Research and keep the team updated on new environmental standards, regulations and technical applications.

Conduct

EHS audits and assessments, including desktop reviews and on-site inspections.

Ensure activities comply with SGS procedures, applicable laws, client requirements and recognized industry Health & Safety standards.

Support the implementation and follow-up of

Corrective Action Reports and Safety Incident Reports in coordination with relevant Quality functions.

Coordinate with laboratory teams regarding testing requirements, quality expectations and client needs.

Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve service quality.

Perform other duties assigned by the Technical Manager or SBU Manager.

College or Bachelor’s degree in

Environmental Engineering, Maritime Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum

6 months of experience in an Engineer, Technical, Consultant or similar role.

Knowledge of environmental regulations, standards and EHS practices.

English proficiency equivalent to

TOEIC 600 or above.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and online research.

Willing and able to conduct fieldwork and business travel as required.
