Senior Brand Manager

1. Brand and Product Portfolio Strategy Development Develop brand development strategies for specific product categories (e.g., STC/Ecolean, HDPE). Manage P&L, sales, profitability, and market share for the category. Formulate annual plans, marketing budgets, and growth strategies. Propose pricing strategies, SKU portfolios, and brand positioning. 2. New Product Development (NPD) Management Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop new products. Identify consumer insights, product concepts, and packaging direction. Monitor project progress and execute product launches according to plan. Evaluate post-launch performance. 3. Marketing and Communication Execution Collaborate with Marketing Services to execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns; manage timelines, quality, and budgets. Manage creative, media, research, and activation agencies. Monitor communication effectiveness and optimize ROI. Ensure consistent brand imagery across all touchpoints. 4. Market and Consumer Research Analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, and consumer research studies. Monitor competitors and trends within the dairy industry. Propose opportunities for growth and product innovation. 5. Team Management Manage, train, and develop Brand Managers and Brand Executives. Set KPIs and evaluate staff performance. Build a team with strong marketing capabilities. 6. Reporting Report periodically on business results, brand performance, and marketing effectiveness. Propose solutions to improve category performance. 7.
