● Perform and review daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate and timely accounting records.

● Manage the general ledger and perform reconciliations for AR, AP, bank accounts, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other accounting accounts.

● Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.

● Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.

● Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable; support collection and payment management.

● Prepare and support tax declarations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and other applicable taxes.

● Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations, tax requirements, and the Company's internal policies.

● Monitor cash and bank balances and perform bank reconciliations.

● Support cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

● Analyze financial performance and significant variances and provide information to support management decision-making.

● Prepare documents and schedules for tax inspections and external/internal audits.

● Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

● Support improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, and accounting/ERP systems.

● Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

● Minimum 5 years

● Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.

● Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

● Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations, VAS, and IFRS.

● Experience converting financial statements from VAS to IFRS is a plus.

● Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS is a plus.

● Good English skills (written and spoken).

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

● Knowledge of accounting software such as MISA, QuickBooks, etc.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (negotiation, conflict resolution, presentation).

● Professional, energetic, high-integrity, team-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to share knowledge.

● Patient and able to manage work pressure effectively.
