Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Professional Experience: More than 10 years of relevant experience in technical presales, solution consulting, engineering management, industrial software, automation, or a related area.

Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing or leading technical presales or cross-functional engineering teams.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Simulation and Digital Twin technologies, such as system simulation, process simulation, and virtual commissioning, and their integration with industrial automation and IT/OT environments.

Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of process and manufacturing industries, such as Chemical, Energy, and Food & Beverage, with the ability to communicate technical capabilities and their potential business value to customers.

Collaboration & Communication: Experience working collaboratively with sales, product management, and delivery teams on customer opportunities and solution implementation.

Language Skills: Professional communication skills in both Chinese and English.
