Tuyển dụng Sea Export Staff (1 Year Contract - Extendable) tại Hà Nội

• Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
• Check and issue all related docs for sea outbound/inbound shipments (Arrival Notice, Manifest Filling, Booking Note, SI/VGM, Pre-alert, BL, Credit Note, Debit Note, etc…)
• Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and timely report to Operation Manager if any charge or documents are pending
• Handle selling-buying settlement job, profit and loss checking, EDI expenses to customer system, invoices dispute with Vendors; make sure settlement correctly and timely by co-ordination with team members, Accounting dept. and customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree
• Over 2-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea import/export documentation handling.
• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required
• Good command of English.
• Excellent Excel skill is an advantage.
• Be dependable and truthful
