• Participate in AMS projects/implementations as required.
• Receive and process from customer incidents and change requests.
• Analyze change requests/incidents and discuss processes with stakeholders to identify solutions that fit customer requirements.
• Implement, test and document process configurations.
• Develop, specify functional design (FS) and support the engineering team in developing programs to meet functional requirements.
• Analyze customer business requirements and objectives with IT System solutions and processes to be implemented.
• Support Presales and Perform other tasks as required by the department.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics/Information Systems or other related majors, ...
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems: FI, CO or BPC in the position of system implementation/AMS staff or experience with equivalent ERP products.
• Candidates need to have a basic background in software technology.
• Proficient in English at work: Communicating with customers and work documents.
• Good use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Ability to analyze, solve problems and manage work.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in consulting and developing business processes and candidates with experience in team management.
• Candidates with knowledge of Finance and Accounting, a good grasp of business processes and
• Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare documents and present to customers. Priority is given to candidates with experience in supporting demos and presales of IT products.
• Have good teamwork skills, be hard-working, enthusiastic, sociable and responsible in work.
• Have a spirit of learning, can withstand pressure well, be quick-witted and have communication skills.
• Have good thinking, skillful problem-solving skills, be flexible, and have a progressive spirit in work.
