1. Training Design & Delivery

Develop engaging and tailored sales training programs to address skill gaps and align with business goals, ensuring improved sales competencies.

Facilitate interactive workshops and e-learning sessions to train new and existing sales staff, leading to increased confidence and job readiness.

Incorporate real-world scenarios and role-plays into training modules to simulate actual sales situations, resulting in higher information retention and application.

2. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Assess training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and sales performance data to measure knowledge retention and behavior change, ensuring

ROI from training initiatives.

Collaborate with sales managers/team leaders to identify underperforming areas and implement targeted coaching plans, improving individual and team sales outcomes.

Track and report training metrics and outcomes to senior management, providing transparency and accountability for training impact.

3. Content Development & Sales Enablement

Align training content with sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs, enhancing relevance and adaptability.

Work with product and marketing teams to incorporate product knowledge and value propositions into training, equipping sales reps with up-to-date messaging.

Utilize digital tools and platforms (EdApp) to scale training initiatives and reinforce learning, resulting in broader team access and engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, training, or sales enablement roles with proven training delivery expert

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

A confident, strong, friendly personality

Self motivated with ability to work and deliver under pressure

Excellent rapport building skills

Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example, high attention to details.
