Sales Support Officer (Sales Admin) A Great Opportunity for a Talented Candidate

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to support our Sales team in daily administrative tasks, document management, and sales operations. This role helps ensure smooth team operations and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Format CVs: Format candidate CVs according to the company’s standard template, ensuring accuracy and a professional presentation.

• Contract Administration: Coordinate signatures and company stamps, send signed hard copies to clients, and maintain contract records & tracking to upload CVs into CRM

• CRM & Data Management: Recoding the revenue, and checking sales-related information in the CRM system.

• Invoice Support: Check and prepare documents required for invoice issuance and coordinate with relevant teams when needed.

• Sales Administration: Prepare internal reports, support team activities and handle other administrative tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.

• Communication skills in English & Vietnamese at business level.

• Good at using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

• Careful and detail-oriented when handling documents and data.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to support the Sales team.

• Friendly, organized, and willing to learn.
