Position Summary

The Sales Supervisor – OOH/DOOH Advertising is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising industry, market trends, and integrated media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Expand business opportunities with direct advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

Promote the company's OOH/DOOH advertising products and integrated media solutions.

Team Leadership

Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Monitor team performance through regular sales reviews and KPI evaluations.

Proposal & Project Coordination

Collaborate with Business Produce, Creative, Production teams to prepare:

Sales proposals

Media plans

Cost estimates

Quotations

Client presentations

Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful campaign implementation.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: OOH Advertising/DOOH Advertising/ Advertising Agency

Knowledge

Strong understanding of: OOH Advertising/ DOOH Advertising/Billboard & Large Format Media/ Digital LED Display
