The Opportunity

Join our B2B team and play a key role in driving sustainable business growth across the Mekong region. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic customers and unlock new business opportunities across the B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the B2B sales team to deliver sales, volume and growth targets.

• Drive new customer acquisition and accelerate growth of existing B2B accounts.

• Develop strong partnerships with key customers and distributors.

• Identify market opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth.

• Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive effective action plans.

• Ensure strong execution and collaboration across Distributor, Sales, CCD and other functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/B2B.

• Experience in people management is an advantage.

• Strong commercial, negotiation and customer development skills.

• Data-driven, proactive and result-oriented.

• Strong ownership, leadership and growth mindset.

• Willingness to travel across the Mekong region.
