• Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking for a Sales Manager (Construction Chemicals, $1550 ,ID19869)
• Business Development & Market Expansion
• Develop, establish, and expand a network of new business partners, including construction project contractors and concrete batching plants.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for concrete admixture products across Central and Southern Vietnam, with a focus on areas from Da Nang southward.
• Proactively identify and acquire new customers through independent market research, networking, and business development activities.
• Achieve a minimum personal sales target of 100 tons per month.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Sales Team Management & Development
• Plan, recruit, and establish a new sales team to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop sales plans, assign targets, and monitor team performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their sales capabilities and productivity.
• Build an effective sales structure and establish operational processes to support business expansion.
• Business Operations & Reporting
• Conduct regular business trips to provinces and cities based on market development requirements. The company provides transportation and covers all business travel expenses.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, market analyses, and business development plans.
• Work directly with the Korean Branch Director, providing updates, discussing business strategies, and implementing management directives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Gender: Male, Age: 30–45 years old
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the concrete admixtures industry (mandatory).
• Good at English
