Tuyển dụng Sales Manager – Domestic & International Markets tại Hà Nội

This is a hands-on position. During the initial stage, the Sales Manager will personally manage sales and customer service while building the Company’s sales systems and future team.

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, consultation, sampling, quotation, negotiation, closing, payment follow-up, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
• Develop distributors, manufacturers, industrial customers, packaging companies, and OEM partners in Vietnam and international markets.
• Prioritize the United States and Japan, followed by Canada, Australia, and South Korea.
• Generate qualified leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, website inquiries, and trade fairs.
• Coordinate customer requirements and orders with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Accounting, Logistics, and Import-Export teams.
• Implement CRM, pipeline management, sales forecasting, reporting, SOPs, pricing sheets, and standard sales materials.
• Coordinate sales-related social media and website content with external service providers.
• Recruit, train, and manage Sales and Customer Service employees as the business grows.
• Report sales activities, quotations, pipeline, revenue, gross margin, receivables, and customer issues directly to the CEO.

• College diploma, bachelor’s degree, or higher, preferably in Business, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 03 years of B2B sales experience with direct responsibility for prospecting, negotiation, and customer development.
• Able to demonstrate customers acquired, revenue generated, markets developed, or qualified pipeline built.
• Strong professional English for phone calls, emails, online meetings, quotations, and negotiations.
• Experience with CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and margin-based pricing.
• Willing to lead while personally selling and handling operational details during the initial stage.
• Experience leading or training a small team is preferred.
• Experience in adhesive tape, printing, packaging, manufacturing, industrial materials, OEM, logistics, import-export, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Japanese or Korean is an advantage but is not required.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Base salary of VND 12,000,000–15,000,000 gross per month.
• A maximum commission pool of 1% of eligible net collected sales.
• During the initial stage, the Sales Manager receives the full 1% commission for accounts directly developed and managed by the Sales Manager.
• Meal and phone allowances and transportation support in accordance with Company policy.
• Holiday bonuses and a performance-based Lunar New Year bonus of up to two months’ base salary.
• Opportunity to build the Sales Department from the initial stage and work directly with the CEO.
