Sales Manager (B2B Advertising Solutions)

As part of our continued commercial expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and strengthening its market position. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to combine hands-on sales execution with team leadership and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting SMEs and key accounts in media, advertising, and digital sectors

– Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team, owning team revenue targets and client development

– Coach, mentor, and support team members in client acquisition, solution selling, and deal closing

– Participate in and lead internal training sessions to elevate team capabilities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners

– Track sales performance, monitor pipeline progress, and report regularly to the Sales Director

– Contribute strategic ideas to support business growth and market expansion

– Bachelor’s degree or above

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role within Advertising, Media, OOH, or Digital industries

– Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

– Commercially driven with passion for sales and team development

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekends off)

- Hanoi Office: 12th Floor, 44B Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward
