Key Responsibilities

- Explore, develop, and identify customer needs; handle and qualify inquiries from clients.

- Understand and follow the basic sales process, including international sales transactions and documentation. Create a quotation, calculation and understand about Incoterm.

- Effectively communicate, present, and promote the company’s machinery and solutions to customers.

- With the support of the Division Manager, follow customer projects from inquiry to completion, understand sales cycles, and proactively identify solutions to meet customer requirements.

- Actively manage negotiations and demonstrate the ability to close sales deals in a timely and professional manner.\

- Proactively seek opportunities to expand the market, including meeting clients and developing new business relationships.

- Learn and grasp technical and commercial knowledge related to pharmaceutical machinery through training and on-the-job experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred). Additional technical knowledge or experience is a plus.

- Basic understanding or strong interest in pharmaceutical machinery and industrial sales.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience. At least 1 years of direct sales experience.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, as required.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English, skilled in business communication

- Willingness to learn technical and commercial concepts.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and management.
