The Sales Executive Intern will support the INSP2 Sales team in preparing quotations, contracts and customer documentation, while coordinating and monitoring progress to ensure accurate records and timely responses to customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, consolidate and verify information required to prepare quotations for customers.
• Prepare, format and update quotations, contracts, contract appendices and other sales documents in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and relevant departments to collect required information, documents and approvals.
• Track quotations, contracts and customer requests; follow up on outstanding actions and provide timely progress updates.
• Maintain accurate and easily retrievable customer records, quotations, contracts, sales data and opportunity-tracking reports.
• Support basic customer communication, including sending documents and responding to administrative requests under the guidance of the responsible Sales representative.
• Perform other sales-support activities assigned by the direct Supervisor, Manager or Sales Manager.

• Current university student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, International Business or a related field.
• No previous working experience is required. Internship, part-time, student club or project experience related to sales support, customer service, quotations or contracts is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Careful, trustworthy, proactive and willing to learn in a professional working environment.
