Job summary: Local sales in highlands region. Candidate is based in Dak Lak

1. Key Responsibilities
2. Responsible for sales performance of Distributors and dealers within the assigned territory.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with customers (Distributors, dealers, contractors,...).
4. Develop and expand distribution channels in the assigned area.
5. Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
6. Propose sales plans or promotional programs to drive sales performance and expand the distribution network in the assigned territory.
7. Prepare work plans and complete weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
8. Manage and maintain the Company’s brand image.
9. Support in resolving customer complaints within the assigned territory.
10. Propose and monitor discount and promotional programs for all customers in the assigned area.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or College degree. Candidates with a major in Agriculture Machinery are preferred.
• Over 3 year experience in sales of agriculture machinery (diesel engine & power tiller) is preferred.
• Good understanding of the market, with strong consulting and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips within assigned provinces.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
