Job summary

• We are looking for a Merchandise Executive to manage the product lifecycle, procurement, and inventory planning for our Kubota Diesel Engines and Power Tillers.
• You will bridge the gap between supplier, inventory management, and our dealer network to maximize market share and ensure zero supply disruption during peak farming seasons.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Demand Planning: Forecast seasonal demand for Kubota engines, power tillers, and genuine spare parts based on agricultural crop cycles and regional soil needs.
2. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels across warehouses and dealer networks; optimize safety stock for critical spare parts to prevent stockouts.
3. Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with factory to track production schedules, shipping timelines, and ensure local emission compliance.
4. Market & Dealer Support: Analyze competitor pricing and performance; collaborate with sales teams to organize live machinery field demonstrations, other marketing activities and dealer training.
5. Coordinate the campaign to launch products to the market.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or International Trade.
• Technical Skills: understanding of diesel engine mechanics and power tiller; advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis & forecasting).
• Attributes: Willingness to travel to rural provinces for field surveys; strong commercial mindset and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Merchandising, Procurement, or Product Management. Experience with Kubota products or agricultural machinery is a major plus.
• Good at English and computers
