1.1 Monthly Sales Achievement/ Annual sales Achievement/ Product Mix Turnover

• Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation
• Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage

1.2 Number of new business gain/specification gain

• Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services
• Develop and increase sales especially in apparel market.

1.3 Customer complain support

• Directly work with internal and customer to solve customer complain

1.4 Maintain and develop relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

• Actively approach, build relationship with across department within customer organization
• Provide customer satisfaction by handling well all routine work, technical support and problem solving

1.5 Reporting

• Provide accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand
• Report on time to direct manager
• Education: Graduated from University, Economic/ Management faculty is preferable
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales area, especially in apparel market
• Understanding about apparel market and having good network in apparel market

- Skills and knowledge

• Ability to communicate fluently in English. (Chinese or Korean is advantage)
• Ability to work flexibly to achieve team objectives
• Confidence in presenting in front of group of people
• Strong communication and presentation skills
