Market Development:
Identify, approach, and build a B2B pipeline within FMCG, food, personal care, and pet food sectors.
Commercial & Sales:
Negotiate, close contracts, track orders, and take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Product Development:
Partner with R&D and Graphics teams to consult and deliver green, fully recyclable packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
Trade Promotion:
Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions (e.g., SuperZoo Las Vegas, Vietfish) to expand our global client network.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales success (Experience in the packaging industry or FMCG supply chain is a strong plus).
Language:
Fluent/Confident English (capable of working directly with international clients).
Skills:
Strong 'Hunter' mindset, proactive in market expansion, with excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Mindset:
Highly passionate about sustainability and ESG practices.
