We help working professionals in Vietnam earn U.S. graduate degrees online. They don't need to quit their jobs or move abroad. Our current programs are from Hawaii Pacific University (HPU): MBA, M.S. in Artificial Intelligence (MSAI), and Master of Applied Psychology (MAP). Degrees are awarded by the university. We handle admissions consulting and student support.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

- Consult prospective students. Respond to leads from Facebook, Zalo, the website, events and referrals. Understand each person's career goals, background and budget, and recommend the right program.

- Explain the programs clearly and accurately. Cover the curriculum, study format, duration, tuition, scholarships and admission requirements. Only use materials the company has approved, and never over-promise.

- Guide applicants from first contact to enrollment. Help them prepare application documents, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate with the admissions and student-service teams until the student starts classes.

- Manage your pipeline. Follow up with leads consistently and keep every client record and interaction up to date in our CRM.

- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for consultations, applications and enrollments.

- Support marketing activities. Take part in webinars, info sessions and corporate events, and share market feedback (client needs, competitors, common objections) with the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 1–3 years of B2C consultative sales experience, ideally in education, study abroad, training, insurance, banking or other high-value services

- Native Vietnamese with good English (reading, writing and conversation). Program materials and internal communication are in English

- Comfortable selling by phone, Zalo, video call and face-to-face

- Organized and disciplined about following up. Experience using a CRM is a plus

- Honest and client-focused: you give accurate information, even if that means losing a sale

Nice to have:

- Experience selling to working professionals (25–45 years old)

- A network among working professionals or HR / L&D teams at companies

- Chinese language skills
