- Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Proven sales experience in the logistics sector, with a strong focus on fulfillment warehouse/contract logistics/ or international experess service. Minimum 3 years of experiences are required.
- Fluent in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
