Tuyển dụng Sale Executive Export tại Bình Dương

• Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and distributors.
• Identify and develop new overseas customers and business opportunities.
• Handle export sales activities from customer inquiry, quotation, order confirmation to delivery and payment.
• Receive and follow up on customer inquiries, purchase orders and sales contracts.
• Prepare and provide quotations, sales documents and export-related documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales orders, production schedules, shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with forwarders and relevant parties regarding shipping, customs clearance and export documentation.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and customer payments in coordination with the Accounting team.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely solutions and follow-up actions.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, customer requirements and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, sales plans and sales reports.
• Support the development of new markets, products and customers according to the Company's business strategy.
• Ensure all export sales activities comply with Company policies, customer requirements and applicable regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Overseas Sales or a related position.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred; experience in the plastic, chemical or related industry is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international customers.
• Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documents and international trade terms (Incoterms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to communicate with customers through email, phone, online meetings and other communication channels.
• Willing to travel overseas or attend exhibitions/customer meetings when required.
