The Retail Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end launch and development of a new premium multi-brand retail concept in Vietnam. This role will build the business from the ground up, including retail strategy, store launch planning, commercial operations, customer experience, and cross-functional execution. Drive the successful introduction and long-term growth of a large retail destination representing leading global sports and lifestyle brands.

I. Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end launch and operation of a new large/flagship retail concept, from planning through store opening and business growth.

- Develop retail business plans, commercial calendars, product assortment, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional and internal teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive store readiness, customer journey, visual merchandising standards, operational excellence, and brand experience.

- Monitor business performance, sales, inventory, KPIs, and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize commercial results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, landlords, vendors, and key business stakeholders.

- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development for the retail team supporting the new concept.

- Identify opportunities to improve retail operations, customer experience, and future expansion initiatives.

- Other tasks assigned by the Company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Retail Management, Commercial within the fashion, sportswear, footwear, or lifestyle retail industry.

- Proven experience launching or managing retail stores, flagship stores, or new retail concepts is highly preferred.

- Strong commercial mindset with experience in retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience.

- Experience working with international brands or regional stakeholders is a strong advantage.

- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
