We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Research Executives and Senior Research Executives – Quantitative Research to join our growing team in Vietnam.

I. Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Project Management

• Coordinate and manage quantitative market research projects from project initiation and research design through data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of results.

• Ensure high-quality project execution, meeting agreed timelines and client expectations.

• Work closely with internal teams, particularly Operations, to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Support questionnaire design, data checking, analysis, and interpretation of research findings.

• Prepare research deliverables, reports, and presentations that address clients' business objectives.

• Apply market research methodologies and continuously develop research knowledge and expertise.

2. Client Relationship & Communication

• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients regarding project execution, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their research needs and managing expectations.

• Respond proactively to client feedback and contribute to improving service quality.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality research solutions.

3. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Research Executive

• Independently manage multiple research projects of varying complexity, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

• Design research approaches and draft proposals based on client requirements.

• Conduct more complex data analysis, interpret findings, and develop meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Produce high-quality research reports and presentations.

• Take greater ownership of client relationships and project deliverables.

• Develop industry and sector knowledge while demonstrating commercial awareness.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, supporting their professional development.

II. Job Requirements

Experience & Technical Expertise

• Research Executive: 1–2 years of experience in market research or a related research role is a strong advantage.

• Senior Research Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant market research experience, with a solid foundation in quantitative research and project management.

• Good understanding of market research methodologies and processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage.

• For Senior Research Executive candidates, experience in questionnaire design, table specifications, research reporting, and day-to-day client management is expected.

Skills & Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Good analytical and logical thinking, with strong attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and develop.

• Good presentation and client servicing skills, particularly for Senior Research Executive candidates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related fields.
