1. Process Flow & Technical Standards Formulation 

• Develop Process Documents: Creating and Update Critical Manufacturing documents, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Control Plans (CP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). 
• Define Process Parameters: Establish and optimize technical baselines for vacuum levels, holding times, refrigerant charging accuracy, and acceptable helium leak rates. 
• Fixture & Tooling Design: Lead the selection, evaluation, and design of localized tooling such as charging guns, quick connectors, and pneumatic leakage testing fixtures. 

2. Shop Floor & Production Support 

• On-site Technical Support: Provide real-time troubleshooting on the shop floor, specifically for vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and brazing workstations. 
• Defect & Root Cause Analysis: Drive corrective actions for quality excursions, including vacuum degradation, refrigerant leakage, out-of-tolerance charging weights, and system blockages. 
• Skill Training: Train and certify production operators and quality inspectors on equipment operations, safety guidelines, and handling systems. 

3. Equipment & New Alternative Refrigerants Management 

• Equipment Procurement & Evaluation: Draft technical specifications and execute validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, commercial charging machines, high-vacuum pump groups, and recovery systems. 
• Next-Gen Refrigerants Adaptation: Lead process transitions for eco-friendly, low-GWP refrigerants (e.g., R32, R290, R449, etc.), designing explosion-proof standards and line ventilation optimizations. 

4. Quality & EHS Compliance 

• First Pass Yield (FPY) Improvement: Optimize joint sealing and handling to minimize charging-line leaks and elevate final factory pass rates. 
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce stringent protocols for pressure vessels and hazardous materials. Ensure refrigerant recovery rates align with factory EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) metrics.

1. Education Background 

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university. 
• Majors: Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines. 

2. Work Experience 

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience within HVAC, commercial cold chains, heat pumps, environmental test chambers, or compressor industries. 
• Specialized Experience: Proven hands-on track record with automated refrigerant charging stations and Helium Leak Detection Systems (Helium Inspection) is highly preferred. 

3. Technical Skills & Competencies 

• Core Theory: Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration cycles. Competent in interpreting P-H (Pressure-Enthalpy) diagrams and system piping schematics. 
• Chemical Hazards Knowledge: Familiarity with physical/chemical traits of fluorocarbons (e.g. R410A, R134a, R449A) or hydrocarbons (R290, R600a), along with respective explosion-proof infrastructure. 
• Software & Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo for tooling sketches; hands-on familiarity with statistical tools like SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma is a plus. 

4. Soft Skills 

• Strong cross-functional communication skills with a proactive mindset to resolve assembly line downtime. 
• Data-driven decision-making and meticulous attention to detail.
