A. Process Setup & Standardization

• New Product Introduction (NPI): Participate in Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA) reviews and establish assembly processes for new products
• Technical Documentation: Draft and update Process Flowcharts, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/WI) for operators.

B. Process Optimization & Yield Management

• Analyze and improve the Yield Rate while minimizing scrap and defect rates.
• Conduct Line Balancing, eliminate waste (Muda), and optimize Cycle Time/Takt Time to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, 5S) and design/improve assembly jigs and fixtures.

C. Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex process issues and product defects on the assembly line
• Utilize quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram) to identify root causes and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Guide and coordinate with PE Technicians to handle daily line issues on site.

D. Process Stability & Capability Evaluation

• Collect data and evaluate process capability (, ) for Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Critical-to-Process (CTP) parameters,
• Manage and track Engineering Change Notices/Requests (ECN/ECR).
• Partner with the Maintenance team to assess equipment and fixture stability (GR&R, machine capability).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related technical fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in electronics manufacturing, thermal components, mechanical product, or Assembly manufacturing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of quality and engineering tools: PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, SPC (), MSA (GR&R), and 8D Reports.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings (GD&T, 2D/3D). Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to design/improve jigs and fixtures.
  • Familiarity with automated dispensing systems, electric torque screwdrivers, leak testers, or thermal performance test equipment is a strong plus.
• Languages & Computer Skills:
  • Good English communication skills (both spoken and written technical reporting).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
