• Post job openings on the Resort’s official recruitment channels, job boards, social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, and hospitality community groups.
• Track, compile, and conduct initial screening of incoming CVs based on recruitment criteria for different departments.
• Prepare interview rooms and welcome candidates attending in-person interviews at the Resort.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Assist with new hire onboarding procedures.
• Provide logistical support for recruitment events and job fairs.
• Support internal employee engagement activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and recruitment platforms.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR activities is an advantage.
