Mô tả công việc Recruitment Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Manage recruitment for positions within the Store, Depot, NSO and Distribution Centers of MM Mega Market Vietnam.

Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, poster design, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding follow-up.

Proactively source and build candidate pools through appropriate recruitment channels.

Participate in activities to promote MM Mega Market Vietnam’s workplace, culture, and career opportunities.

Coordinate and participate in Career Fairs, and recruitment networking events at colleges/universities and job centers.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges/universities, employment centers, and recruitment partners to expand candidate sources.

Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in Retail or FMCG recruitment is preferred.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and Canva.
