• 1. Candidate Attraction
• Identify core candidates and implement suitable attraction strategies.
• Interview, assess, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
• Provide career consultation, pre-interview preparation, and post-placement follow-up.
• Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
• 2. Business Development
• Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships.
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs.
• Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.
• 3. Customer Service
• Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates.
• Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks.
• Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients.
• Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
• 4. Administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely billing and debt collection.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Possess at least a diploma or equivalent academic/professional qualifications in business/marketing or related field of practice lines.
• Min 2 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
• Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill.
