I. JOB OBJECTIVES

NHO is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to create video content that strengthens our brand as a real estate developer, showcases our developments and supports sales and marketing campaigns.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts and shooting plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

Film real estate projects, show units, amenities and construction progress, highlighting key property features and the living experience.

Capture company and project events, including sales launches, handovers and interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Edit footage into engaging property videos, promotional content, event recaps and short-form videos for social media.

Handle color grading, audio editing, music, subtitles and basic motion graphics to deliver polished videos consistent with brand guidelines.

Adapt videos for different platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the company website; incorporate feedback and deliver on agreed timelines.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate project information and smooth on-site production.

Organize and back up video assets, maintain production equipment, and ensure appropriate use of licensed materials.

Work with the Marketing team to support event execution and show unit operations as assigned.

Coordinate with external agencies on branding and creative projects, including communicating briefs, consolidating feedback and tracking deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and agreed timelines.

1. Educational Background

A bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Film and Television, Multimedia Communications or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience

At least 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, covering both filming and post-production.

Experience producing video content for digital platforms, including promotional videos, event recaps and short-form social media content.

Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality or lifestyle brands is preferred.

3. Skills Required

Ability to communicate in English in day-to-day work discussions, including understanding briefs and discussing feedback.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software, with skills in color grading, audio editing and basic motion graphics.

Ability to operate cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment effectively.

Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling, with the ability to adapt videos to different platforms and brand guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and time management; able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.

Photography, drone operation and advanced motion graphics skills are an advantage.

4. Personalities

Willingness to travel to project sites and cover events according to agreed schedules.

A portfolio featuring 3–5 relevant videos, clearly specifying your role in each project, is required.
