• Conduct market and consumer research to identify market trends, consumer needs, competitive landscape, and new product opportunities.
• Analyze market gaps and consumer insights to support product development and business decisions.
• Conduct consumer surveys, interviews, and product testing when required.
• Prepare market research reports and provide recommendations on product direction.
• Develop product concepts based on market insights, consumer needs, and business strategy, including product specifications, packaging, pricing, and key differentiation.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept and sample development to commercial launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, QA/QC, Supply Chain, factories, and OEM partners on formulation, raw materials, costing, quality, and production timelines.
• Conduct product trials, consolidate feedback, and coordinate product documentation, packaging information, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance after launch based on sales, consumer feedback, and market/competitive trends.
• Recommend improvements to formulation, packaging, specifications, pricing, or product positioning to enhance product competitiveness.
• Maintain and update product development data, samples, quotations, and supplier/OEM information.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Market Research, or related roles within FMCG.
• Experience in food, beverage, coffee, rice, agricultural products, or related consumer goods is a plus.
• Good understanding of market research, consumer insights, product development, OEM manufacturing, packaging, costing, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good English communication and reading skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
