Main responsibility to work with R&D, NPI team to have review on design, DFMEA, customer's requirement

Participate the prototype trial engineering builds

Lead the Pilot build, work on testing plan for qualification new products Involve discuss with customer for their voice and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Lead NPD projects from design to customer ensure avoid quality issues as much as possible
• Setup processes for IPQC including preparation of quality control plan, sampling plan, process audit, FAI (first article inspection), non-conforming product disposition, data collection and analysis, etc
• Support problem solving / troubleshooting in mass production. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
• Work closely with CQA and SQA to coordinate customer complaints to drive effective corrective and preventive actions from relevant functions, and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
• Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.

Education

College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Quality field related to metal, plastic, electrical or electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management
• Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and pro-actively
• Strong skills in problem analysis and solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with positive approach
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
• PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook etc.).

Knowledge

• English fluently communication is a must
• Understand well quality's responsibility

Functional Skills

• Good at analysis skills (familiar with technical analysis method - 3w5w, fish bone, 4M,...)
• Computer office skills (excel, ppt, Power BI,...)
• Time Management skills.
