Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Management

• Maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards/API Q2 standards

• Ensure alignment with standard (ISO 9001:2015/API Q2) and client requirements

2. Planning & Assurance

• Review contracts and technical requirements (understand drilling contract/Offshore Rig equipment)

• Ensure the service design adapts to contract requirements

• Ensure SQP completeness before execution

• Validate integration of risk assessment

3. Risk & Opportunity Management

• Facilitate risk assessments (rig/project level)

• Ensure mitigation actions are implemented and tracked

4. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal audits (rig, base, supplier)

• Track audit findings and closure

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard & API Q2 specification clauses

5. Supplier Quality management

• Perform supplier evaluation and re-evaluation.

• Define verification levels based on risk

6. Performance Monitoring

• Analyze KPI, NPT, service failures

• Report on trends in management to manager

7. Continuous Improvement

• Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

• Manage CAPA system

• Support MOC implementation

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, in the oil & gas industry with drilling operations experience preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, API Q2, and quality management principles.
