Main Scope of Work and Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for quality assurance.

2. Fully responsible for the daily operations of the QA department in production.

3. Coordinate cost reduction efforts.

4. Maintain discipline and be responsible for implementing and supervising 7S practices.

5. Montor all of the working daily relate to the schedule and solve all arising problem.

6. Fully responsible check customer manual for AQL standard / BOM / PO…

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for quality control of finished products during the sewing and packing process, implementing tracking and improvement actions.

2. Plan and schedule work tasks effectively, balance production, and ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.

3. Coordinate cost reduction efforts and handle personnel-related issues in the work.

4. Report customer quality focus or complaints to superiors.

5. Responsible for arranging clerical staff to compile and analyze reports, and summarize monthly results.

6. Train subordinates and motivate employees.

7. Responsible for implementing and supervising 7S practices.

8. Communicate across departments and coordinate production-related tasks.

9. In case of any abnormalities, promptly communicate with the Merchandiser or PPC department and provide accurate standards to the production team.

10. Handle all of the work – related.

11. Discuss with teammate , check customer clearance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- High school or above

- Over 5 years of experience in garment inspection, familiar with customer quality requirements at least 3 years of experience in Assistant manager position.

- Familiar with the sewing manufacturing process

- Good at leadership and supervisory skills

- Good commumication and teamwork skills.

- Good at communication in English.

- Knowledge of products.

- Strong communication and coordination skills
