Your role & responsibilities

• Execute manual testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and usability.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new releases do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining testing environments.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test results, defect reports, and test artifacts.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve product quality and testing processes.
• Stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Your Skills and Experience

Your skills & qualifications

• Understanding of software testing concepts such as Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test cases and test scenarios.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and testing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience testing web applications, SaaS platforms, or AI-powered products.
• Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support software testing and QA tasks.

Compensation:

Monthly (base) salary: Negotiable.
