GLINTECO

QA Engineer

Business Systems & AI, with Product Support

Full-time | Hybrid, Hanoi | 3 to 5 years | Up to USD 1,000/month (gross)

Company Description

Glinteco is a Hanoi-based software company building custom technology for businesses in Australia, the US, and Vietnam. We design and deliver web and mobile applications, internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRM), and AI-enabled automation, alongside UI/UX, brand design, and QA. Every engagement is scoped and agreed before development starts, on either a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis.

Role Description

We are starting new CRM, HRM, ERP, and AI projects for our clients, and we need a QA engineer who protects quality from the first requirement to the last support ticket.

You will test business systems with complex workflows: approvals, permissions, payroll and attendance rules, sales pipelines, and reports. You will also test AI features, where the same input can give different outputs and "it works" is not a yes or no question. After go-live, you will be the first line of support for client users, so you will see how real people use what we build.

What you will do

• Review requirements early with BAs and developers, and flag gaps before code is written
• Write test plans, test cases, and test data for CRM, HRM, ERP, and AI modules
• Run functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on web and mobile
• Test AI features: check output quality, edge cases, wrong or unsafe answers, and consistency
• Build and maintain automated tests where it saves time
• Handle L1/L2 product support for client users during business hours (around 20 to 30% of your time): triage tickets, reproduce issues, guide users, and escalate to developers with clear steps
• Write and update user guides and release notes

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3 to 5 years in software QA, including at least one business system (ERP, CRM, HRM, accounting, or similar)
• Strong test design: you can turn a business rule into test cases that find real bugs
• API testing (Postman or similar) and basic SQL to check data
• Bug reports that a developer can act on without asking you twice
• Clear, patient communication with non-technical users
• Native Vietnamese and working English (reading requirements, writing bug reports)
• Test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Experience testing AI or LLM features
• Experience with support tools and SLAs
• ISTQB or similar certification

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Salary up to USD 1,000/month (gross), based on interview results
• Flexible hours, hybrid work from our office at Discovery Complex Tower, 302 Cầu Giấy, Hanoi
• Work on a new product line from day one
