Tuyển dụng Purchasing Senior Staff (Nhân Viên Mua Hàng Cao Cấp) tại Hưng Yên

We are looking for 01 Purchasing Senior Staff who is willing to join Contract team (Purchasing Department):

- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to meet business requirements.

- Conduct RFQ, cost analysis, and price negotiations to achieve cost-saving targets.

- Manage supplier performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS).

- Support localization, new model development, and supplier improvement activities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

- Monitor market trends and identify sourcing opportunities.

- Knowledge of plastic injection molds and molding processes is an advantage.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.

- Minimum 3-4 years of sourcing/purchasing experience in manufacturing.

- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Good command of English.

- Knowledge of plastic injection molds and molding processes is an advantage.

- Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
