• Lead and optimize production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets through effective process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Manage and develop production teams by supervising daily operations, monitoring performance, planning manpower requirements, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality requirements.
• Drive manufacturing excellence and process improvement through Kaizen initiatives, standardized work implementation, production layout optimization, 5S deployment, and collaboration with Development, PPIC, Engineering, Lean, Quality and other internal teams.
• Monitor and improve equipment and process performance using OEE, machine efficiency, downtime analysis, and production data to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Control production costs and resources by managing labor productivity, material consumption, inventory levels, maintenance activities, procurement expenses, and operating budgets to meet profitability objectives.
• Ensure product quality and customer compliance through consistent process monitoring, quality inspections, defect prevention, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead workplace safety and 5S programs by conducting regular audits, identifying risks and deviations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and fostering a culture of operational discipline.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience in PU Footwear Production Management.
• Strong knowledge of PU Pouring / Direct Injection processes.
• Experience with Gusbi machinery is highly preferred, Desma machinery or other types are also welcome.
• Familiarity with Huntsman PU systems (Smart Lite or similar lightweight technologies) is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead large production teams and drive operational performance.
• English speaking, Local Vietnamese.
• Proven experience in PU Footwear Production Management.
